What we collect

When you use our tent planner or contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or area, your event plan and any message you write.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to you, prepare a quote and arrange your hire. We send you a copy of your plan by email. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Website statistics

Our website counts visits so we can see how it is performing. These statistics do not use cookies and do not store your IP address — each visit is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day. If Google Analytics is switched on, Google may set its own cookies; you can block these in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@marqueehire.co.za and we will help. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
